We fill a variety of temporary, temp-to-hire, direct hire and executive-level positions in the administrative/office, nonprofit and association, accounting/finance, IT, HR, marketing/sales, medical, and legal fields.
Temp-to-hire means you are working as a Pacific Staffing employee at a client site with the possibility of being hired full-time after a predetermined number of weeks. If your assignment converts to a full-time hire, you will become an employee of the company where you are working.
We work with many organizations, nonprofits and associations throughout Sacramento, San Francisco, and Northern California. We also work with a variety of other businesses, including law, financial, real estate, engineering, marketing, and PR firms.
We realize that not every job is going to meet your expectations. If you are not interested in a position, you are free to decline. We will continue to offer positions to you based on your skills and preferences.
Depending on the position you’re seeking, your recruiter will let you know when to check in. As a general policy for temping, we ask that you give us a weekly update on your availability.
